Glasgow ATHLETIC FOOTBALL CLUB
ESTABLISHEd 2020
A community football club born from the community for the community. Founded in 2020 by volunteers to better enchance the footballing opportunities for children in the local area and beyond. As a club we pride ourselves in being open and accessible to all.
We have teams at various age levels, all playing in the Glasgow and District Youth Football League. We are affiliated with the SYFA; all our coaches and volunteers are compliant with SYFA guidelines. With a Child Protection Officer; several pitch side and mental health first aiders within our teams, we ensure that the well-being and happiness of all players is at the forefront of what we deliver as a club. All our volunteers are COVID compliant, with a COVID compliance officer ensuring our compliance with all regulations.

As a club we continue to go from strength to strength, recently with the addition of our two youngest age groups 2014s and 2015s, who are looking to begin their footballing journey with us.
We have been awarded Charity Status by the Governing body OSCR, incorporated in Scotland SCO51421. This is a monumental step as we continue to grow and develop our club.
Exciting times ahead for us as a Club, not only are we fortunate to have the support and dedication of our volunteers, families and players, we are very fortunate to have a support network in the wider community. All our sponsors and kit supplier are all local businesses based in and around the East End of Glasgow.
We have a fantastic training venue in the facility at Crownpoint Sports Centre, where all our teams train on the fantastic 4g surface.
